To provide global programmes that are contemporary and relevant to each local market, Agitavi has created a certified partner programme.
The overall objectives of this programme are:
- Innovation: Establish an innovative approach to service offering design and execution that is highly valued by both large multinational ICT vendors, and small-to-medium in-country software companies.
- Quality Delivery: Establish a research and consulting network of organisations focusing on providing a consistently high level of service delivery to the global ICT sector, regardless of geographic location.
The partner programme ensures quality delivery of Agitavi’s three services lines, and value generated back to Agitavi partners by involvement in a proactive and collaborative research, learning and development, and management consultancy communities. The programme is by invitation only, and comprises three types of Agitavi Partners; Research, Consulting and Support.
Research Partners
Research Partners undertake joint research with Agitavi on business issues and research in the global ICT sector. Examples include Center for IT Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CiTie) in Australia. Centre for IT Research (CITR) in New Zealand and ELTRUN in Greece
Consulting Partners
Consulting Partners are certified to provide all Agitavi course work and management consulting tools to clients. Examples include ADVANCE Marketing in Latin America, Blue Pencil in South Africa, Red Cat in the Middle East
Support Partners
Support partners work with Agitavi to provide a range of operational support services or systems to our customer communities, from technology consulting, to professional services automation tools
The partner application and certification process is managed by Agitavi’s global research and consulting councils, and is supported by Agitavi’s Quality of Services Delivery (QSD) Programme
